Standard package
- Invoice and Acceptance Act — issued on the date of payment
- Electronic invoice (e-invoice) — uploaded to the State Revenue Committee on the day of shipment, with a copy to the client
- Goods waybill (TTN) and SNT (electronic transit waybill) — with the driver
- Quality passport — per batch, from the manufacturer
Optional on request
- CT-1 — certificate of origin for state procurement in Kazakhstan
- CT-KZ — for goods of Kazakh origin
- EAEU conformity certificate — for regulated nomenclature
- Factory waybill and certificate per heat — for critical steel structures
Electronic archive
All documents from the full duration of cooperation are available in the buyer's personal account on shop.e-metall.kz — filterable by date, counterparty and contract.
