Zhuman Sergazyevich Mukanov — director and chief accountant of E-Metall LLP. Responsible for strategic accounts, finance, contracts and company development.
At the current stage the company operates in a direct-engagement mode: questions on large contracts, tenders and individual terms are resolved directly with the director — without multi-stage approvals.
Work structure
Operational functions are split by direction:

- Logistics — own warehouse and fleet, rail dispatch, driver coordination
- Accounting — invoices, e-invoices, acts, contracts, VAT reporting
