Supply construction and industrial companies in Kazakhstan with rolled metal, cable and materials — accurately, on time, with the full document package. So construction does not stall, and engineers do not waste time double-checking every waybill.
Four principles
1. Accuracy
The grade, diameter, thickness and length we declare are an obligation. We do not work with mis-grading or eye-balled tolerances. Every batch comes with a quality passport from the manufacturer — original on shipment day, scan by email.
2. Deadlines
If a manager says “Thursday”, it is Thursday. We ship from the Almaty warehouse on the day of payment, to regions — on schedule. We always keep safety stock on fast-movers.
3. Documents
Every shipment carries the full package: e-invoice, waybill, SNT, quality passport, certificate of origin. Your accounting team does not chase missing papers by email.
4. Transparent pricing
Site price = commercial offer price = invoice price. Volume discounts on a public table, not “individual terms by acquaintance”. On shop.e-metall.kz prices and stock update in real time.
What we do NOT do
- We do not work without a contract and an invoice — undocumented cash settlement is excluded.
- We do not ship to new clients before 100% payment. Deferral becomes possible after 3 successful shipments.
- We do not refund rolled metal that has gone through cutting or other processing — this is stated in the invoice terms.
