Metal cutting to size
Band, plasma and oxy-fuel cutting to client drawing. Tolerance ±1 mm. Minimum batch — 100 kg.
Cutting types
- Band saw. Pipe, beam, channel, angle up to 30 mm. Tolerance ±1 mm, no heat-affected zone. Ideal for load-bearing nodes and welded structures.
- Plasma. Sheet and plate up to 25 mm. 30°/45° welding bevels available. Productive cutting on complex contours from DXF drawings.
- Oxy-fuel. Plate from 25 to 60 mm. Cutting to client drawing, straight and complex shapes.
Conditions
- Minimum cutting batch — 100 kg
- Lead time — from 24 hours for simple cutting, up to 3 working days for complex programs
- Combined orders (several drawings in one batch) — at no surcharge
- We accept drawings in DXF, DWG, PDF and as sketches
- Finished parts — strapped or loose with marking
Important to know
Rolled metal that has been cut or otherwise processed is not subject to return. This is stated in the invoice terms. Before placing a cutting order, make sure the drawing and the specification are confirmed by your engineer.
How to order
Send the drawing or sketch with the number of parts and the steel grade to info@e-metall.kz or via the feedback form. The manager replies with an invoice including the cutting plan and lead time within an hour during working hours.
