What we do
We participate in state procurement in Kazakhstan in the categories metal products, electrical equipment and building materials. We prepare commercial offers for tender specifications, assemble the full document package, win bids — and ship on the contract schedule.
What ships with the contract
- Certificate of origin CT-KZ or CT-1
- Quality passport from the manufacturer for every batch
- EAEU conformity certificate on request
- Electronic invoice (e-invoice) on the day of shipment
- Transport documents — waybill, SNT
- Reconciliation act and shipment register on the contract schedule

Important to know
State procurement is a formal process with strict deadlines and penalty clauses. We only take on tenders when we are confident we will deliver in full and on time. Late delivery is not our style.
